The Lost Pixel

Good Morning! It’s 6:30AM EDT on Saturday and I am having my RL morning coffee and a virtual coffee in Dublin on Second Life. I noticed I named yesterday’s post Saturday and I was a bit confused on what day it was. It felt like Saturday and today for some reason feels like Saturday too. Well today is the 4th of July and my grandmother is coming over in RL for a BBQ. Guess I had enough sleep last night and my naps during the day yesterday so I got up at 6AM for some reason. Wanted to get up early anyway but didn’t plan on this early. Anyway I guess I will have my coffee and then shower and get ready for the day. Joe is going out at 10AM his time for coffee with a pal this morning and has the day off today. I guess we will hang out later tonight or something. Well time to get started. Until later….

Hi there! It is 2PM EDT and I guess I should get this started for the day. Just logged in Second Life to clear my notices and stuff and take a photo of me being a lazy puddy as I am doing in RL. I guess I woke up around noon today and have been chilling watching TV and laying down. Joe is working today and he said in Yahoo he would be off around 1PM his time or so. Was sunny earlier outside but seems to be raining again. Probably just a quick shower. I yam excited about tomorrow since we are going to have a BBQ and I seen all the yummy food in the fridge. Joe has off tomorrow but I think he is going over to his mothers house for a BBQ or something but at least we can keep in touch on Yahoo IM. Anyway I am not sure what we will do tonight but maybe Joe would like to watch a movie or something. I guess now I will lay back down and watch the fat bald guy eat weird things on Travel Channel. Back later….

….well it is about 7PM EDT and I just finished having dinner. Had a hamburger with peanut butter on it and that had an interesting flavor. Spoke with Joe before dinner and stuff and I guess he is home now…been kinda lazy today and just went on SL to change but Joe wasn’t around so I guess he is just relaxing and watching TV or something. I guess I will lay down and give him a call. I am getting a movie for us to watch tonight and I think he said he wanted to watch one. Anyway more to come….

Herro! It is 8PM EDT and finally I got off my ass and logged onto Second Life to hang out with Joe for a bit. It kinda feels like Saturday today and has felt like that the whole day. Anyway we are just chilling out and chatting at the house now and I think we might watch a movie later. I got a movie called Push which looks like it might be interesting. My grandmother is coming over tomorrow for a BBQ so rather then go out tonight like I usually do I will enjoy the evening with my sweetie pie so I am not sleepy or hungover or anything. Anyway Joe hears me typing like a madman so I better get back to paying attention to mah wonderful man. Back before bed and stuff….

…..whee…it is 11:00PM EDT and I guess I should finish up today’s adventure. Shortly after my last post there was a thunderstorm near Joe so he had to turn off his computer so it didn’t get blown out. I laid down and watched TV and called him up on the phone and we are just talking and watching TV. I guess we will watch that movie some other time. Anyway I just had a lovely strawberry milkshake and am going to lay down and hang out with Joe on the phone until bed. Goodnight World!

Hiya there! It is Thursday and 9AM EDT and I am awake and having my coffee under a new avatar I made yesterday. Still have my Kevin Paisley avatar, shit I have spent 1000’s of USD on inventory items for him. Was out the other night with Joe exploring and seen lots of cool freebies for female avatars so decided to make one. Anyway I have not been to The Blarney Stone for ages because I used to work here and disagreed with management as well as told the owner to go fuck himself with a baseball bat so Mr Paisley seems to be permbanned from there lol. Place seems to be a noobie hangout these days anyway. Well Joe is at work this morning and I got a Yahoo IM from him earlier and was smiley when I got up. Also it is sunny out for the first time this week but I have a feeling it will rain in a bit. I think I will do my lawn mowing and house cleaning today since it is like a Friday because of the holiday weekend. Will do that after coffee. Anyway I should get started before it rains. Back later and stuff….

…hi there! It is noon and I got the grass finished before it started raining. Also cleaned the house and stuff and am just waiting on the floor to dry. After that I think I will shower and piddle around. Was thinking of going over to RL pals for a bit later. Anyway back to what I was doing….

…yay! All showered and shiny. It is 1PM EDT and I just got back from the store and got some beer and smokes. I am going to head over my pals now and chat with his mum until he arrives home…back later…

Good Morning! It’s 9:45AM EDT and I was awoken about an hour ago to very loud thunder and bright lightning. Here we go again with another rainy and shitty day. The power kept going out so I turned off the computers for a while and really need to get an uninterrupted power supply once I am working again. The power goes out frequently here in Florida for a few seconds at a time during storms and really causes havok on electronics. Anyway it is still pissing rain after an hour and the back patio is all flooded and I was watching peoples garbage bags float down the street since it is garbage day. Anyway I got all my services back up and running and I just finished having my coffee. I was going to apply for a CSR position this morning and am waiting on the storm to calm a bit so I do not type my info in and the power goes out. Other then that I know Joe is off today but he usually sleeps in super late so I should have time to take care of things before he wakes up. Okie time to start my day. More action later….

….hi there! It is about 3PM EDT and I thought I would type a bit. I have got a lot of work finished today so far. I managed to apply for the customer service position I mentioned earlier this morning and hopefully all will go well and they will get back to me. Also since today is June 1st I was able to get my two remaining credit reports so I have all three for this year. I am glad those reports look good. I think Joe is still sleeping and I sent a few IM’s but not got any replies yet. I don’t try to pester him on his day off because he deserves a life too and I am sure we will talk and or hang out later. In other news I had a cup of noodles for lunch and it is still raining outside. I have been doing something secret today so that is why I am not posting photos or anything but I am having fun with it. Been talking with my friend Faith a bit today as well. Well I guess I will get back to what I was doing then. Back later….

Smiles. Hi again! It is nearly 9PM EDT and it has been a swell evening so far. Guess since the last posting I had linguine with white clam sauce and garlic bread for dinner. Joe woke up shortly before that and we spoke on the phone briefly before dinner. After dinner I logged into Second Life and met up with Joe at home and we decided to head off to a live music act. After getting dressed we headed off to Nad Gough since Joe has never heard him. During the concert Faith logged in so I TP’ed her there and we all enjoyed the concert together. It was great as always and I am glad that Joe had a swell time. We are just sitting at home now chilling awaiting the arrival of the movie Knowing. We are going to watch that in about thirty minutes I think. Anyway it is swell to watch a movie on a rainy evening. Well Back before bed….

Yay! It is midnight. Just finished watching Knowing with Joe and it was a really good movie. Joe set out some sorta little fire and places to sit around it in our upper enchanted forest type of area of our house and we had a snuggle and got things started. I felt kinda bad because Faith wanted to come up but I knew she would want to dance and start inviting people over when we just started the movie. It is not like we watch movies all the time anyway. The movie itself was full of excitement and weird crap and is worth watching. Joe and I both enjoyed it. Joe has to work tomorrow and I am kinda tired from getting woken up by the loud thunder this morning so I think I will go to bed soon. I have my Fraggle Rock shirt on so Joe is playing the Fraggle Rock theme for me lol. Anyway gonna talk for a few more and head to bed. Another brilliant and wonderful day. Goodnight World.

Happy morning too you! It is 9:45AM EDT on Tuesday and I have been up for 45 minutes or so having my RL coffee. I have also been listening to some tunes and playing string on Second Life a bit. Really surprised I am up so early because I was chatting with Joe on the telephone until nearly 2AM last night. I think my afternoon nap yesterday helped out. Well I got up this morning and it is sorta rainy outside but I am sure that will pass before long and then it will be steamy and hot. I guess this morning I will put my laundry away from yesterday and then shower and begin my job search. That sales job I am kinda shying away from and should really call them and tell them forget it. It is a bit pointless to have a job like that when you do not have a car. Was offered an interview with IBM/Lenovo and contacted by a Technical Resource Manager but after looking up the Tampa location it is a 40 minute drive from my house. I keep getting offers for decent jobs but cannot take them because I have to rely on my mother to drive me there. This really sucks. Anyway I will keep searching and see what I can find. Joe is working until 3PM my time so I will attempt to get all my stuff finished before he gets home. Anyway back later….

Hiya! Still raining outside and it is 12:00PM EDT and stuff. I guess it is going to rain off and on all day. Joe is on his break and it was swell to chat a bit on Yahoo Messenger. Made me smiley. Well to recap my morning I started out perusing my employment websites and didn’t see very many jobs local to me. When I say local I mean a 15-20 minute drive. I get sick of the weather websites so I installed some software called McIdas as you see in the photo. Can do all sorta cool shit with that including 3D radars and things like that so you can see how high the cloud tops are and stuff. There are a ton of things in that software and I just played with it for about 45 minutes or so. Anyway I am about to have lunch now…think some sort of fish with veggies. Back later this afternoon….

w00t! Seems to be around 3PM EDT now and I am all showered and shiny. My lunch was delicious but I am still hungry and cannot wait for dinner. I was hoping to have hamburgers because I wanted to put peanut butter on mine and see how that tastes. Talked with Joe a bit more on his break and just awaiting him to get home and stuff. I just finished taking my TV tuner card out of my Linux server and putting it in my Linux desktop machine where it belongs. As you see it seems to be working fine and I am watching a cooking show now. I may see if I can get the cam working in a MSN Messenger clone called aMSN. Oh I managed to recompile my Open Simulator regions on both OSGrid as well as my grid to the latest version. I really need to start building on there again sometime. Anyway back to my cooking show and goofing around and back after dinner I guess…..

Hi. Seems it would be 6:30PM EDT now and I am stuffed. Had pork chops for dinner with a balsamic vinegar sauce I made with raisins, baked sweet potatos, broccoli and a swell salad. After that Joe is home from work and has been piddling around on SL while I was cooking and I decided to join him. After arrival he was shopping on XStreetSL and we said our hellos. Our pal Faith Hilra was on and invited us over so we headed down and as usual she TP’s people and then five minutes later says she has to leave. Joe is messing with gestures now or something and ignoring me so I figured I would update and stuff. Not sure what we are doing tonight, he claimed he was so bored and couldn’t wait for me to come on and has not really been responsive since I have come on. I might just lay down and watch TV. Dunno I will sit here and listen to tunes and let him mess around a bit and then see what he would like to do. More adventure later….

Shortly after Faith left Joe and I headed over to the IBM sandbox so he could sort his inventory. I piddled around browsing websites and looking at the odd items he rezzed to see what they were and stuff for about 45 minutes or so until Faith returned. She invited us back over to her house and we ended up deciding to go in the water. Well I didn’t go in the water because my ass was too lazy to change into swim attire so I sat on the pier with my 7 Seas Fishing rod and fished. I set out some tubes and float balls for Faith because she said she was in the water the previous night and I though she would like something there to float on. After Faith left again Joe and I were going to watch a movie but it ended up being a fake so maybe we will try that one next week.

Since the movie was a no go Joe and I decided to do a little exploring. I pulled up the B-Places website which always has some good suggestions for places to visit and we decided upon the Car Wash region. I have never been there before and we teleported in and it was quite pleasing to the eye. I am not quite sure where it is supposed to be but by the landmarks I was thinking maybe Los Angeles. We wandered around there for a while and chatted on voice so we could explore without typing and it was rather amusing. I thought the build was quite good and the shops had interesting items inside. I think Joe seen a bunch of stuff he wants to go back and get sometime and we still didn’t explore the whole thing. I am not sure if it is just two sims or more but I guess we can find out another time. It is 12:30AM EDT and I am rather sleepy so Joe and I said our goodbyes for the day until tomorrow. He has off work and I have to get up early because I seen a local customer service offering in the newspaper. They are looking to hire 800 employees by the end of the summer. Anyway I will get up early and apply for that and stuff. Well time for me to go to sleep. Goodnight World.
